In the spring of 2008, Cimarron Circuit Opera Company implemented The Thomas Carey Recital Series,  named for the founder of the company.  Following Mr. Carey's long-established tradition of showcasing student talent, artists for the series will come from students at the University of Oklahoma and other local colleges and universities, as well as community singers with performance experience.
